GENERAL INFORMATION
  • Carports are made from extruded aluminum. Dependent on the live load requirements for the area you live and the post spacing, our aluminum v-pan come in the following thicknesses:
    • .025
    • .030
    • .040
  • All carports come in a standard white. (custom colors are available for an additional charge)
  • Patio Covers have a built-in, easy-to-clean gutter system.
  • All shipments of product is shipped freight collect. If there is any damage to the shipment, it is your responsibility to follow up with the freight carrier although we will assist in any way that we can.
  • We can and do assist in setting you up with a local installer if needed.
  • Provide telephone support when needed for those who wish to install their own carport.
  • Because all of our work is custom, we do not begin manufacturing until we receive a minimum 50% deposit. The item is not shipped until the bill is paid in full.

 

WARRANTY

  • 20 year warranty on all painted materials, extrusions or roll-formed aluminum components against cracking, blistering, peeling, crazing or loss of paint adhesion.
  • When installation is done by American Structures & Design, Inc., we do warranty our work. If the product is self-installed or installed by a third party, it is not the responsibility of American Structures & Design, Inc. to warranty the work or faulty installation of product.

 

PRICING

  • Carports are priced per square foot plus any needed beams, posts and downspout kits. Price per square foot does vary and is subject to change without notice.
