• Railings are made from extruded aluminum.
• Railings is a standard 36" or 42" and is within code.
• Easy care and WILL NOT rust!
• All railings come in a standard white.
• Custom colors are available with an additional charge.
• All components, attachments, screws, etc are included.
• All shipments of product is shipped freight collect. If there is any damage to the shipment, it is your responsibility to follow up with the freight carrier although we will assist in any way that we can.
• We can and do assist in setting you up with a local installer if needed
• Provide telephone support when needed for those who wish to install their own patio cover.
• All railing is engineered and is within building codes.

  

WARRANTY

• 20 year warranty on all painted materials, extrusions or rollformed aluminum components against cracking, blistering, peeling, crazing or loss of paint adhesion.

PRICING

• Every railing is custom made to specifications supplied by our customers. Cost is based on linear footage and components.
• For a free, no obligation quote, we suggest you fax us with a sketch of the layout of the area you wish to install railing at and fax to: 253 833-4545. You can also e-mail us with any questions that you have or call our office at 253 833-4343.
• Please be advised that prices are subject to change without notice.

  

ORDERING

• Either e-mail customer service (open 8-4, Tuesday-Friday, Pacific Time) or call our office at 253 833-4343. Before an order is accepted, the measurements need to be confirmed. We do not take an order via the internet without working directly with you to assure the correct measurements.
• Once ordered, we do require payment prior to manufacturing.
• In most cases, your order will be shipped out in 2-3 weeks. (We can, at times beat that by a week while at other times we are a bit back-logged -- Please ask about timeframe when you place your order)
• Once an order is placed with us, we make it possible for you to view your account online. By viewing your password protected page you can view your order, when payment was received, download a copy of your contract, when the product is shipped, who it was shipped with and the tracking numbers so that you can track the shipment yourself.
