GENERAL INFORMATION
  • All patio enclosure systems are a combination of a patio cover roofing system and wall system.
  • Framework is made of extruded aluminum.
  • Ponywall and rake sections are styro insulated wallboard.
  • All styles but the Royale 3000 series has aluminum windows (The Royale 3000 has vinyl windows)
  • Choice of smooth or stucco finishes
  • Choice of 10 standard colors

 

5 DIFFERENT SUNROOMS/SOLARIUMS

  • Safari Screen Room - A completely screened-in room for under existing porches or patio covers, or comes complete with a new patio cover roof system.
  • Sierra 750 - Single glazed enclosure system with sliding windows with screens, 3/4" insulated ponywall.
  • Riviera 1000 - Dual glazed patio door, 2" insulated ponywall, single glazed windows with screens
  • Alpiner 2000 - 2" insulated ponywall, 3" x 3" extruded post and structure; 1/2" air double glazed solid frame windows and screens on all openings.
  • Colonial 2750 - 3 1/2" insulated ponywall (R-24); 3 1/2" x 3 1/2" extruded thermally-broken corner posts with 2" x 3 1/2" intermediate thermally broken posts and beam structure; 1/2" double glazed thermal break windows; and screens on all openings.
  • Royale 3000 - 3 1/2" insulated ponywall (R-24); 3 1/2" x 3 1/2" exyruded thermally broken corner posts ;with 2" x 3 1/2" intermediate thermally broken posts and beam structure; 1/2" vinyl double glazed windows; screens on all openings

 

WARRANTY

  • SUNROOMS AND SOLARIUMS: provide a 20 year warranty on all of their painted extruded aluminum components against cracking, blistering, peeling, crazing, or loss of paint adhesion.
  • Our insulated ponywall material comes with a 10 year warranty against the same conditions as mentioned above.
  • Our sealed units, in any of our sunrooms or solariums, are protected by a 10 year warranty against the failure of the seal on the unit.
  • (THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE GLASS IN ANY ROOF SECTION.)

PRICING

  • All room enclosure systems are custom made to measurements provided to us by our client.
  • The room enclosure roofing system is sized so that there is a 1' overhang on either side and a 2' overhang on the projection.
  • Once a minimum of 1/2 deposit is submitted, American Structures & Design will develop a series of layout drawings that will illustrate the planned room which will include measurements and specifications.
  • On approval by the client, we proceed to the manufacturing stage.
