ASD aluminum patio cover systems are built around a structural aluminum framework engineered for Pacific Northwest conditions, including heavy snow loads and sustained rain exposure. Each system includes hanger rails, I-beams, gutters, and posts, plus your choice of panel type and finish end caps.
Panel options cover the full range of project needs: Flat Pan for solid shade; PolyPanel for diffused natural light with UV protection; Insulated panels in three EPS foam thicknesses for year-round temperature control; V-Pan for a ribbed traditional profile; Mixed configurations combining solid and PolyPanel sections; and Pergola Open Lattice for open-air installs that reduce direct sun exposure by up to 60 percent.
End cap profiles include scallop, miter, corbel, and bevel.

COLOR GUIDE
Standard aluminum patio cover systems ship in white. Upgrade the framework with a Lattice Wrap finish available in Beechwood, Driftwood, Maplewood, Pewter, Sandalwood, Siennawood, Slate, or Ebony. Special colors are available through ASD's in-house powder coating service. Color availability varies by panel type.
ASD operates an IFS Registered, AAMA 2605 certified powder coating line. Finished colors meet the highest durability standard in the architectural coatings industry. Contact us for custom color requirements or project specifications.
