With budget limitations stemming from the rising price of lumber, the owners sought a railing solution that would be more cost-effective than the typical cedar railing, while still imparting the same timeless style of natural wood. With an enduring combination of a sleek flat top rail and classic picket infill, the resulting system flattered the craftsmanship of Deck Solutions all while meeting the intended price point.

 

Stairs feature the easy-to-grab Round Top TR100 Railing, and the clean look of fascia-mounted posts maximizes the deck space. Thinking outside of the box, Deck Solutions built and added a gate at the top of the stairs using an off-the-shelf compatible latch and hinge system, exceeding client expectations and creating a timeless outdoor living area.
